ENTREES

Mahi Mahi Tacos $11.75

Two tacos wrapped in both a corn and flour shell with seasoned, grilled Mahi Mahi, pineapple, salsa, shredded cabbage, crema, cilantro, and lime. Served with black beans and rice.

Luau Flatbread Pizza $9

A flatbread topped with barbeque sauce, mozzarella cheese, ham, bacon, pineapple, banana peppers, green onion, and a drizzle of Sriracha.

Tuna Poke $12

Jasmine rice served on spring mix and topped with a raw tuna salad. Also served with avocado, cucumber, wasabi, and a drizzle of Sriracha.

Kalua Pork Sandwich $8.75

Hawaiian barbeque pulled pork, served on a onion bun with sweet pickles. Served with Hawaiian macaroni salad and Shoreline fries.

Huli Huli Chicken $9

Chicken with a sticky, sweet glaze that has been smoked and is served with rice and grilled pineapple.

SOUP AND SALADS

Saimin $7.50

This soup features a warm, rich broth and buckwheat noodles. It is topped with shrimp, a boiled egg, bok choy, edamame, radish, carrots, cucumber, and lemongrass.

Kale Caesar Salad $7.50

This salad features a mix of kale and Romaine leaves, parmesan cheese, grape tomatoes, apricots, and toasted chickpeas. Served with a sweet onion vinaigrette.

DESSERTS

Haupia Pie $4.25

This pie features a macadamia nut crust filled with two layers of decadent coconut and chocolate filling.

Hula Pie $5.25

Oreo crust filled with a coconut, macadamia nut, and ice cream filling that is then topped with a homemade fudge topping.

The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant. If there is a school delay we will still be open, but if school is canceled, we will also be closed.

In French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. The Blue Apron is known for it's “student in training” approach. Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.

The Blue Apron is located in the Warsaw Area Career Center.
