Tomorrow is our first Spartan Spirit Day of the school year! Our Volleyball and Soccer Teams will take on Claypool at home, beginning at 5pm, so we want to show our support all day long by wearing our Spartan Gear or colors. (It's also Purple Day, so see if you can combine Spartan Spirit AND purple!)

Starting Monday, we will begin our Jefferson STEM 2021 Caterpillar Challenge!
The dates for collecting monarch caterpillars will run from Aug. 23rd to Sept. 7th. (A picture of one was on the handout sent home with your student.) Students should bring them to the display case by the STEM Lab first thing in the morning.
As they become butterflies, we plan to tag them before releasing them for their migration to Mexico.
Also, if anyone has milkweed, we'd appreciate some fresh stalks with leaves daily. If you have any questions, contact Mr. Scott .
