Today is Friday, May 28, 2021 — Happy Last Day of School!
Lunch: Pizza Rippers or Ham and Cheese Sliders, broccoli with cheese, choice of fruit, and milk.
Activities: 5th Grade swims at 9:10–11; AWARDS DAY.
Reminder: If you find a library book, the school office will be open until Friday, June 11th for a drop-off. Thank you so much!
After two sad years without Field Day, we can honestly say that the AWESOMENESS of today was well worth the wait. Thank you to Mrs. Monce and everyone who made things PERFECT for our Jefferson Spartans.

Hello, 5th grade parents.
I have sent home a letter with a copy of your child's immunization summary report.
Please schedule their appointment to receive the vaccines required for the 2021-2022 School Year. If you choose to vaccinate your child against COVID, they'll no longer need to quarantine if exposed to a COVID-19-positive individual, as long as they remain symptom-free.

Please have your student dress for being outdoors the majority of the day. (Sunscreen would be very helpful.) Then FRIDAY will be Awards Day.

Request for Quote: School Pictures
Warsaw Community Schools is extending to June 1 the request for quotes for school pictures and yearbooks based on the following criteria:
Individual Pictures
A three-year agreement with open price quotes each year;
Offer a four package pre-pay program (minimum);
Schedule each school individually, in order for pictures to be returned no later than December 8, 2021;
Digital pictures for yearbook and staff directories;
List choice of backgrounds available and additional cost if applicable;
A 100% guarantee on all photographs;
Absentee and retake pictures are scheduled with each school;
All photographs in natural color;
Furnish envelopes for student repay with quotes package options listed in English & Spanish;
Worksheets for teachers furnished (records);
State the number of units and square inches in each package; All prices should include sales tax.
Complimentary lowest-price package for faculty and staff;
One picture of faculty for the yearbook;
List the cost for a poster-sized picture of all staff/students in each building.
Please submit one (1) written copy of the quote before midnight on June 1 2021, to Warsaw Community Schools, 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, IN 46580.
