TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK- STAFF SHOUT-OUT: "Because of Mr.Coburn I am one of the youngest people in the state of Indiana (and I believe the youngest in the whole Aviation program) to have gotten their pilots license (17). I am one of 19 students that are now pilots because of him, and all of us now have the freedom to fly wherever we might want to go and have a career that is VERY rewarding pay and travel wise. Students are now realizing aviation is not a far-fetched dream and is very possible thanks to the amazing and only aviation teacher in our district. Aviation will be a very big part of Warsaw as it grows and Mr. Coburn should be recognized not just as a great WCHS teacher for inspiration, but also as someone that is having a major influence on what direction Warsaw takes in regards to Aviation. Last Saturday, the WCHS Fine Arts team participated in the Academic Super Bowl State Finals and secured 2nd place! Although the team initially tied for 1st place, they were ranked 2nd based on the tie breaker question. The team was led by captain Savannah Schuman and included members Iris Neeley, Jacinth Saripalli and Paloma Cervantes. Congratulations to the team for their outstanding performance and representing WCHS with excellence! #WCSmission

The Claypool Elementary family and Warsaw Community Schools would like to thank Mrs. Melissa Rees for her dedicated service and we wish well as she starts the next chapter and enjoys more time with her family and friends. You will be missed!

We had lots of elementary students in the PAC today for two different showings of Wizard of Oz. The WCHS Theatre Department did a great job with the children's theater production! #WCSmission
