In Spanish 1, students are practicing basic questions and answers in a speed dating format. #ExperienceWCS



Biology is studying how different solutions can change the size of eggs. They will determine how osmosis (the movement of water) can aid cells in homeostasis. They will determine the effects of hypotonic and hypertonic solutions on cells. #ExperienceWCS #EdgewoodSTEM






Students in language arts read Secret of Yellow Death and Fever 1793, then made mosquito traps as an experiment to see how to catch mosquitoes and stop them from spreading disease. #ExperienceWCS #EdgewoodSTEM


Science students dealt with "toxic popcorn," working to move kernels from one cup to another without spilling, using only a rubber band and 6 ropes. Lots of redesigning and laughter! #ExperienceWCS #EdgewoodSTEM
